Why we exist
Most people were never taught how to build — they were only taught how to survive. The IBH Build It Beyond Podcast exists to change that. Our mission is to deliver honest, grounded, transformative conversations that give every person — regardless of where they started, what they've been through, or where they find themselves right now — the tools, truth, and clarity to stop surviving their life and start building it with intention.

Anita D. Willis is an international leadership strategist, certified temperament coach (since 2014), speaker, business strategist, and author whose work has equipped professionals, organizations, and women in transition across the United States and beyond. She is a Certified Temperament Leadership Coach via the Sarasota Academy of Christian Counseling (NCCA) and a Certified Human Rights Facilitator through USIDHR. An active member of NAWDP — the National Association of Workforce Development Professionals, she is the creator of the Build It Beyond™ philosophy, the IBH Service Economics Method™, and the 3.5/2.5 Factor™ framework. Her published works include Build It Beyond: From a Dream to a Vision for Your Life, The Franchise Frenzy, and the 4-Part IBH Awareness Journal Series.
